TIPS ON LOSING WEIGHT NUMBER NINETEEN
Go easy on tea and coffee. though through my research in the net regarding tea and coffee = weight gain is quite incorrect, you have to control the amount of sugar and cream that we take. better stick to black coffee. Generally coffee and tea helps in weight loss but just control the consumptions. too much is not good for your health too.
