TIPS LOSING WEIGHT NUMBER TWENTY TWO

Stay away from fried things?? Fried things are an absolute no-no. The more fried things that you avoid, the lesser weight you will gain. Fried things are called so because they are fried in oil or fat. And even if the external oil is drained away, there is still a lot of hidden oil in it so stay away from it. Easy said than done right? if u need to fried foods, avoid butter for frying, or use vegetable oil. in some recipes that i read, when frying foods such as donuts, make sure that the frying oil is hot and consistent.. e.g for donuts 375F.. why? over heating causes it to burn while too low temperature will cause the donut to soak with oil.. suitable heat will not only perfecting your frying but also help to reduce the "hidden oil" in the foods. you can always buy a kitchen thermometer from www.ebay.com or www.amazon.com other tips of frying can be found in these site www.busycooks.about.com or www.cooks.com

as an alternative, BAKE instead of frying..
